The black truffles from Périg­ord come from around Brive la Gail­larde and Dor­dogne. Pre­served in jar, the black truffles keep all along the year its unique fla­vors!

In­gredi­ents: whole black Truffle from Périg­ord, water, salt. Only one boil­ing : that is a guar­an­tee of qual­ity.

Cook­ing ad­vise for tuber mélano­sporum from Périg­ord :
- the con­ser­va­tion time of a truffe after open­ing the jar is 2 to 3 days max­imum in the fridge.
- do not cook the truffle but just warm up to keep all the aromas and fla­vors. Use the juice in the jar to fla­vor your dish dur­ing the cook­ing time.
- after open­ing the jar, do not rinse the truffle.
- servings between 8 to 10 grammes of black truffle per guest
