The pâté Corrézien is made with pork and duck meat. It is the one that has a subtil little smoky flavor.
Ingredients
: Pork meat and fat (origin France), pork and poultry livers, smoked duck meat,
milk, eggs
, parsley, garlic, shallots, gelatin, madeira wine (
sulphites
), salt, pepper, spices.
Nutritional values for 100g
: Energy : 1368 kj/331 kcal, fats : 30g including saturated fatty acids : 11g, carbohydrates : 1.2g including sugars : 0.7g, proteins : 14g, salt : 1.7g.
Storage
