The pâté Corrézien is made with pork and duck meat. It is the one that has a subtil little smoky flavor.
Ingredients : Pork meat and fat (origin France), pork and poultry livers, smoked duck meat, milk, eggs, parsley, garlic, shallots, gelatin, madeira wine (sulphites), salt, pepper, spices.
Nutritional values for 100g : Energy : 1368 kj/331 kcal, fats : 30g including saturated fatty acids : 11g, carbohydrates : 1.2g including sugars : 0.7g, proteins : 14g, salt : 1.7g.
Storage : keep refrigerated once opened and consume within 2 days.
Tasting advices : place the tin or jar into the fridge and served chilled (6°C to 8°C).
Conditioning: available in tins of 65g or 130g as well as in jar of 180g.
