Our papiton is made with a core of foie gras (20%) coated with a fine pork stuffing. A delicious and tasty starter!

Ingredients : Pork meat and fat (origin France), duck block foie gras (20% origin France), eggs, Armagnac, gelatin, salt and pepper.
