The perfect combination between the sweet flavor of figs and the sweetness of duck foie gras.

Toast Gaillard from La Combe de Job, 6 different flavors : duck foie gras with Espelette pepper, nature duck foie gras, duck foie gras with Sechuan pepper, duck foie gras with chestnuts, duck foie gras with ceps, duck foie gras with black Perigord truffles.

Ingredients : Duck foie gras (72% origin France), water(25%), figs (7%), Armagnac (1.4%), salt, nitrite salt, sugar, spices.

Nutritional values for 100 g : Energy : 1596 Kj /387 kcal, fats : 38 g including saturated fat acids : 15 g, carbohydrates : 5.8 g including sugars : 5.2 g, proteins : 5.4 g, salt : 1 g.

Storage : keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days after opening.

Tasting advices : Be eaten at ambient temperature on toast.
A jar allows to make between 15 to 20 toasts.
