The duck breast stuffed with foie gras is one of our best-seller from our range of product. You may serve it as an original starter.
It is made in our canning house with local raw materials. We cut thin cutlets of duck breast and add inside the foie gras.
A balanced and perfect combination of the flavors of duck breast and foie gras.
Ingredients : Duck meat (origin France), duck foie gras block (45% origin France), gelatin, Armagnac (2%), salt, pepper, spices.
Nutritional values for 100g : Energy : 1338kj/323kcal, ftas : 29g including saturated fatty acids : 11g, carbohydrates: 0.6g including sugars : 0g, proteins : 15g, salt : 1.5g.
Storage : keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days after opening.
Tasting advices : To turn on, open both sides, push out the duck breast stuffed with foie gras and slice. Serve it with a salad and eat chilled (6°C to 8°C).
You may prepare a gourmet plate with
semi-cooked whole duck foie gras torchon , half-fig stuffed with foie gras with a mesclun salad.
