Ingredients : Duck foie gras (72% origin France), water(25%), Boletus (9%), Armagnac (1.4%), salt, nitrite salt, sugar, spices.

Nutritional values for 100 g : Energy : 1593 kj/386 kcal, fats : 39 g including saturated fatty acids : 16 g, carbohydrates: 3.2 g including sugars : 0.6 g, proteins : 5.6 g, salt : 1.1 g.

Storage : keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days after opening.

Tasting advices : Be eaten at ambient temperature on toast.
A jar allows to make between 15 to 20 toasts.
