La Combe de Job decided to use between 65% to 72% of foie gras to bring you a high quality foie gras speciality.

Try with toasts nature La Chanteracoise.

Ingredients : Duck foie gras (72% origin France), water(25%), Armagnac (1.4%), nitrite salt, salt, pepper, sugar and spices.

Storage : keep refrigerated  after opening and consume within 2 days.

Tasting advices : Be eaten at ambient temperature on toast. A jar allows to make between 15 and 20 toasts.
