The quails are boned, stuffed with foie gras and cooked in Sauternes jelly. It is an original starter to serve cold with a salad. 

Ingredients : Boneless quail (origin France), duck foie gras block (origin France, 30%), gelatin, water, Sauternes* (3%), salt, pepper.
* Contains sulphites.

Nutritional values for 100g : Energy 1153 kj/278kcal, fats 24g including saturated fatty acids 8.3g, carbohydrates 0.6g including sugars 0g, proteins 15g, salt 1.4g.

Storage : keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days after opening.

Tasting advices : put the can into the fridge. Open on both sides and turn out. Share in two pieces lengthwise and serve on toasts.
We suggest you to serve with sweet white wine from Bordeaux.
