A sweat wine produced in the south of Corrèze by traditional methods. The grapes of Chardonnay and Sauvignon are hand picked in middle of september. They are left to rest for two 2 months. Then, the grapes are pressurized. During two years, the vin paillé is matured. Delicious with foie gras , onion relish
