Dried morels 50 g

Extra deshydrated morels (only keep the heads) from Chili, Patagonia.

Patagonia is the place of morels, the mushrooms the most appreciated of French gastronomy.

Sandless, without waste of land or plants.
 
Rehydrates the morels in a little warm water around 20 minutes (no need to wash or rinse them). The morels will growing up about 2,5 to 3 times.

Keep the juice back of the morels to use it for a reduction. The minimum cooking time  is between 20 to 30 minutes.

Storage : keep your morels in a dry place and away from the light.
