Ingredients: whole black Truffle from Périgord, water, salt. Only oneboiling : that is a guarantee of quality.
Cooking advise for tuber mélanosporum from Périgord : - the conservation time of a truffe after opening the jar is 2 to 3 days maximum in the fridge. - do not cook the truffle but just warm up to keep all the aromas and flavors. Use the juice in the jar to flavor your dish during the cooking time. - after opening the jar, do not rinse the truffle. - servings between 8 to 10 grammes of black truffle per guest
Wines suggestion : serve a Pomerol wine, Cahors, Gigondas, red Hermitage, Puligny Montrachet or Madère.
