pepper was imported in France during the twentieth century. It is considered as an exceptional pepper.
Where does the wild Madagascar pepper grow?
It grows on lianas more than 10 meters high on the South West coast from Madagascar. It is hand picked.
What are wild Madagascar pepper characteristics?
It brings smooth and warm flavors to the foie gras as well as a refreshing touch in mouth.
