Ingredients : whole duck foie gras (origin France), potassium chloride, espelette pepper (0.6g), sodium free salt (calcium diglutamate, glutamic acid, adipic acid, magnesium carbonates).
No salt added.

Nutritional values for 100g : energy : 2254kj/547kcal, fats : 57g including saturated fatty acids 23g, carbohydrates : 23g including sugars 0g, proteins : 7.5g, salt : 0.1g.

Conditioning : jar of 125g.

Storage : keep refrigerated after opening and consume within 2 days.
