The rillettes of sturgeon and truffles are unctuous and original.
Ingredient: sturgeon filets (acipenser baeri fish (60.42%), fresh cream (milk), breadcrumbs (wheat flour (gluten), salt), pieces of truffles (4%), truffles juice, water, salt, preparation based on olive oil aroma truffle (2.46%) salt, pink berries.
Nutritional values for 100 g : Energy 207kJ/869 kcal; fats 11.1g including saturated fatty acids 5.4g, carbohydrates 12.2g inlcuding sugars 0.9g, proteins 14.5g, salt 1.9g.
Storage: keep refrigerated once opened and consume within 2 days.
Tasting advices :spread the rillette on a slice of bread.
