Tapenoix is a local "tapenade" made with nuts and olives.
It has been rewarded on the Concours agricole in Paris 2013. Ingredients : black olives pulp 76% salted, olives, water, salt, nuts from South-West 15%, oil, nuts vinegar , pepper.
Nutritional values for 100g: Energy 260kcal/1068 kj, fats 24g including saturated fatty acids 2.3g, carbohydrates 3.2g including sugars 0.6g, proteins 3.1g, salt 0.715g.
Servings : a jar allows to make between 15 to 20 toasts.
