Our stuffed escalope of duck are handmade in our cannery.
We prepare our stuffing made from pork meat in which we add pieces of foie gras.
Then we stuff the meat into an escalope of duck.

: Pork meat and fat, duck meat, whole duck foie gras (10% origin France), bread (gluten), button mushrooms, carrots, eggs, mushroom sauce, veal stock, starch,Armagnac, salt, pepper, spices. All the meats used come from France.
