Ingredients: fish filets (sturgeon acipenser baeri 61.7%), fresh cream pasterized (milk), lactic ferments), caviar (3.3%) fish eggs, salt, conservative E285), breadscrumbs (wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil (sunflower), yeast, salt, breadscrumbs (gluten) salt, anchovy purée (anchovy filets, fish),salt, sunflower oil, olive oil extra virgin, pink berries (0.5%).
Nutritional values for 100 g : Energy 84 kJ/200 kcal; fats 10.4g including saturated fatty acids 5.5g, carbohydrates 10.7g including sugars 0.8g, proteins 15.9g, salt 1.6g.
Storage: keep refrigerated once opened and consume within 2 days.
Tasting advices : spread on a slice of bread, or blinis. You may also accompany pastas dish or roasted potatoes.
