The block of foie gras is a reconstituted foie gras, it means that it is made with several foie gras. We add a touch of Armagnac to enhance the flavour.
The duck foie gras block may be used to prepare toasts when you have a drink with family and friends or to make a starter : not to be confused with whole foie gras from a single extra lobe (no emulsion, best quality).
Ingredients : French Duck liver (foie gras), Armagnac, salt, pepper, sugar and water.
Nutrition values for 100 g: energy: 2020 kj / 490 kcal; fats : 51g including saturated fatty acids : 21; carbohydrates : 1,2g including sugars : 0,7g; proteins : 6,6g; salt : 1,4g.

red onion chutney with honey
To enjoy, place the tin into the fridge. Unmould at the last moment and serve chilled (6°C to 8°C).
Servings : we usually suggest 50 grammes of block per person.
