La Combe de Job has decided to answer to the demand of its customers by creating the Salad Mix : the goose and duck in same tin!
Ingredients : Goose gizzards, duck breast fillets and hearts, duck fat, salt, pepper, spices. (All the meat used come from France)
Nutritional values for 100 g : Energy : 466kJ/111 kcal, fats : 3.4g including saturated fatty acids : 1.1g, carbohydrates: 0g including sugars : 0g, proteins : 20g, salt : 2g.
Storage : keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days afer opening.
Tasting advices : Cook on slow fire, slice and add it on your salad. You may season with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
To make a Perigord starter, heat the Salad Mix in a bain marie or in a frying pan, then cut into small pieces and add it into a crunchy salad. In a frying pan, add a spoon of fat, croutons and some pin nuts ou Perigord nuts for the crunchy. Then add it to your salad with sliceds of duck smoked breast meat and season with mustard and a little walnut oil
