Cooking: wash the quinoa before using it, cook it in boiling salty water. Once the germ comes out, cook it between 8 to 9 minutes. Proportion : 1 of quinoa for 3 volumes of water.
Tasting advices : you may serve quinoa with chicken for example, and also add it in a soup or in a salad.
