Chestnuts pastas, an artisanale product made in Brive la Gaillarde, in Corrèze.
Ingredients : hard wheat semolina (high quality),
chestnuts 8%.
Nutritional values for 100g : Energy 335kcal/1418kJ, proteins 12g, fats 1.9g including saturated fatty acids 0.3g, carbohydrates 66g including sugars 4g, fibers 4mg, salt 5mg.
This product contains
wheat, and also may contains
nuts, sesame,
molluscs and
eggs.
Tasting advices : add the chestnuts pastas to boiling salty water (about 80 cl for 100 g, stir until boiling again, and cook on low heat about 6 minutes. Drain and serve with a sauce.
Delicious to serve with poultry meat or fish.
Chestnuts sauce : mix 500g de
whole chestnuts, add 25 cl of liquid fresh cream, stir constantly on low heat, then add salt and pepper. Mix once again until creamy and homogenous texture.
