To make our stuffed cabbage with foie gras, we buy our vegetables in a greengrocer located in Objat. We skim the cabbage, peel the carrots and the onions. We prepare a stuffing made from pork with foie gras, eggs and bread.
Ingredients : Pork meat and fat, green cabbage, whole duck foie gras (9.5%), bread (gluten), carrots, onions, bacon, eggs, poultry stock (rice flour, poultry fat, eggs, spices, aromatic plants (celery), salt, lactose, carrots, leeks, aromas), salt, pepper, spices.
All meat used come from France.
