Fig chutney 220 g

Favols's chutneys are prepared with fruits or vegetables and cooked under vacuum with low temperature, with cane sugar, spices, vinegar or wine.
Perfect combination with foie gras.

Ingredients : Figs, cane sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper, curry powder, gelling agent, fruit pectin.
