A combination of five dry mushrooms : girolles, ceps, chanterelles, trumpets of death, monsoon mushrooms from Limousin.
Cooking advices: rehydrate the mushrooms in little volume of warm water between 20 to 40 minutes. You may add the dry mushrooms with a meat, or a dish with sauce.
